Landscape Pruning Foreman
About The Position
Oversee a crew of 2-3 people to perform precise pruning, hedging, and aesthetic shrub care on commercial sites. Pruning and Horticulture: Expertly prune shrubs and hedges using hand pruners, loppers, and powered hedge trimmers to improve plant health and aesthetics Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and direct crew members on daily tasks, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work standards Site Management: Coordinate daily routes, manage job site layout, and ensure projects are completed on schedule. Safety and Equipment: Maintain, clean, and safely operate equipment (trucks, trailers, blowers, trimmers) and enforce safety protocols. Administrative: Ensure crew clocks in and out appropriately for all work done within our electronic software. Winter: Work includes snow management on commercial properties Clean driving record required. Michigan chauffer's license required to operate company vehicles. View all jobs at this company
