A high-quality provider experience is essential to ensuring providers thrive with Grow Therapy. As a Provider Success Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting a network of 21k+ providers in growing a successful practice - helping them feel confident, equipped, and cared for throughout their journey. You’ll use strong judgment, structured thinking, and provider-centered decision-making to deliver excellent outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • You are an exceptional communicator who can break down complex information into clear, empathetic, and actionable guidance
  • You are energized by supporting providers and delivering a calm, confident, and professional experience for all stakeholders
  • You take ownership and move quickly, with a natural bias for action in time-sensitive workflows
  • You are detail-oriented and process-driven, able to translate complex scenarios into clear next steps
  • You thrive in an environment where about 80% of the work is consistent day-to-day, and 20% requires navigating ambiguity and novel edge cases with confidence

Nice To Haves

  • You have previous experience in customer success or post-sales account management, healthcare operations, education, clinical environments, or fast-paced support roles

Responsibilities

  • Responding quickly and accurately in shared queues, including managing internal team ticket resolution, proactive and educational outreach to providers, and support transfers to completion
  • Providing structured, thorough support on tasks such as profile reviews, terminations, lockouts, and cross-functional escalations
  • Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Credentialing, Support, and Clinical
  • Driving high-impact provider outcomes through empathetic, thorough resolution of escalations and practice management questions via email, phone, and video call
  • Advocating as the voice of the customer by relaying provider trends, feedback, and insights to the Grow Therapy team, helping drive improvements to our product and processes.
