The Provider Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will support the team by identifying and attracting best in class candidates. The Provider Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, provider job boards, and internal CRM; attend job fairs, champion open houses, network, etc. to identify potential qualified candidates that meet the needs of hiring departments. There will be a focus on physician and advanced practice provider positions across the Hartford HealthCare System. The Provider Recruiter Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building pipelines of talent, maintaining relationships both internally and externally, and developing innovative strategies for attracting candidates. As needed, the Provider Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will perform various other responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition process including administrative components and should have a high energy level, strong sense of urgency, be well organized, resourceful, and resilient.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication or related field is required
  • 1 year of experience working for a search firm or in-house Talent Acquisition / Provider Recruitment Team; or related experience within a college internship
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills a must

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience sourcing candidates via social media and resume databases, SEO, cold calling candidates, conducting Boolean Searches, email campaigns, and other proactive recruitment experience preferred
  • Experience working with a CRM and applicant tracking system preferred
