About The Position

As our Provider Schedule Coordinator, you would be responsible for performing a wide range of provider schedule-related tasks with the overall goal to optimize provider productivity and patient access.

Requirements

Possesses a basic level of written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills and mathematical knowledge at a level typically acquired through completion of a general studies high school program.
Possesses specific knowledge and training in office administration, typically acquired through completion of a certificate or license program.
Keyboarding speed of 45+ words per minute and data entry skills; accuracy is essential.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. and functions in each.

Nice To Haves

Previous medical office or scheduling experience preferred
