About The Position

The Provider Data Coordinator reports to the Provider Network Supervisor. The Provider Data Coordinator will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and updating provider information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update provider information in the EZCAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of provider data to identify discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate with providers and provider organizations to obtain missing or updated information, and resolve data-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including network development, claims, and customer service, to support provider-related initiatives and resolve data-related issues.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives and processes to enhance the accuracy and integrity of provider data.
  • Maintain documentation of provider data updates, changes, and communications in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Work on special projects, as needed
