About The Position

Performs complex and confidential administrative-related functions to ensure department operations flow smoothly. Participates in administrative functions such as developing complex spreadsheet reports and correspondence. Provides guidance, direction and information to providers and internal staff that may arise.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to be flexible with their schedule (could require weekends, evenings and holidays)
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Advanced computer skills. Particularly using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Professional appearance

Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular contact with transportation providers and Provider Relations Managers to assist with new provider onboarding and the needs of current providers.
  • Maintain Provider related information and databases.
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute provider-related reports.
  • Provide administrative support to Provider Relations Managers and State Director.
  • Assist with other ancillary duties such as member reimbursement in exceptional circumstances.
  • Participates in extraordinary tasks such as Hurricane evacuations as needed.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
