Manages, develops, and implements processes related to the forecasting, recruitment, selection and onboarding of physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs). Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison for prospective physicians and advanced practice providers both pre and post hire. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Master’s degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations AND One (1) year of professional Human Resources specializing in recruitment; OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or other related degree AND Two (2) years of professional Human Resources specializing in recruitment; OR Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or other related degree AND Four (4) years of professional Human Resources experience; OR High School Diploma or equivalent AND Ten (10) years of experience within Human Resources specializing in recruitment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE: 1. Five (5) years of physician recruitment, human resources, or healthcare experience.
