About The Position

The Provider Onboarding Associate (POA) plays a critical role in shaping the journey for new Registered Dietitians (RDs) as they join our team. From the moment a new provider signs their offer, the POA is directly responsible for ensuring they are supported, confident, and ready to start successfully seeing patients at Nourish. This role is centered around creating a best-in-class provider experience - managing complex inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding their onboarding journey. The POA is responsible for getting RDs over the finish line so that they can begin delivering exceptional care to patients.

Requirements

  • You have 2+ years of experience in customer or internal support, sales, or implementation, ideally with a focus on provider support or customer experience.
  • You’ve excelled in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech, where quick thinking and adaptability are key.
  • You are hyper organized and skilled at managing a high-volume customer funnel, handling multiple interactions at once while ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy engaging with customers across phone, video, email, and chat.
  • You can learn the process and assume ownership quickly, understanding a detailed process right after having it explained
  • You’re a strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions to optimize processes.
  • You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using inbox management tools like Front. You can troubleshoot basic tech issues and stay up-to-date with an evolving product.
  • You’re passionate about nutrition and wellness, and you’re motivated to help others improve their health by expanding access to high-quality care.

  • Manage the onboarding inbox, answering provider questions via email, phone/zoom, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure new providers have a strong start, using feedback to continuously improve our processes
