About The Position

The Provider Liaison Representative supports clinicians and payer operations to ensure encounter readiness, documentation completion, and EHR accuracy. This is a structured, detail-driven operational role requiring healthcare experience, EHR proficiency, and independent follow-through. This is not entry-level administrative support.

Requirements

• 2+ years healthcare experience
• Direct EHR system experience
• Experience communicating with providers and/or payers
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically located in the United States
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required)
• Direct employment only (no agencies or subcontracting)
• Dedicated high-speed residential internet
• Private workspace with a door
• Full 8-hour weekday availability

Responsibilities

• Track payer referrals and authorization date ranges
• Prepare providers for encounters (demographics, insurance verification, setup)
• Monitor timely completion of encounter notes
• Support EHR setup, mapping, and standardization
• Troubleshoot provider EHR workflow issues
• Communicate with payers regarding referrals and credentials
• Escalate compliance risks appropriately
• Support quality improvement initiatives
