About The Position

The Provider Contracts Analyst for the Providence Clinical Network is responsible for creating, editing, customizing and updating provider employment agreements. Responsible for creating new provider contracts, addendums and renewals. In addition, the analyst assists in tracking and researching provider regulations. Assists in the ongoing maintenance and future user development of the contract database. Maintains contract data content in contract database. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or Associate's Degree with 4 years experience.
  • 3 years experience in Healthcare Administration, equivalent aspects of healthcare or related industry.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years experience with legal contracts, provider compensation or medical group practices.
  • 2 years background in communications and writing of contracts.
