Summary: In this role, you will analyze and manage contract, item, and program-related data to support accurate catalog content, informed decision-making, and operational effectiveness. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure data quality, identify trends, and support continuous improvement across catalog and sourcing-related processes while combining hands-on contract and data management with analytical reporting and stakeholder support.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and clearly communicate data.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets and producing operational or analytical reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables, preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process client local contract and item-level data to support accurate and timely catalog loading.
  • Build new contracts and maintain existing contracts using client-submitted documentation, resolving data inconsistencies as needed.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, benchmarks, risks, and opportunities that support operational and program goals.
  • Create charts, reports, and summaries to communicate insights and track initiative progress.
  • Manage data entry, price file submissions, updates, corrections, cancellations, and supporting documentation.
  • Identify, document, and resolve data quality issues, including duplicate records and incorrect item information.
  • Support sourcing- and eligibility-related initiatives through research, analysis, and operational support.
  • Respond to internal and external requests with clear communication and timely follow-through.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including product and development teams, to support process and system improvements.
