About The Position

Pride Health is hiring a Provider Compensation Specialist for one of its clients based in New Jersey.This is a 6-month contract with competitive pay and benefits. This is an on-site role. Location – Paramus, NJ (07652) Pay range - $40 - $45 an Hour on a W2. Length of assignment – 6 months Contract.Shift – Monday to Friday - 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM Job SummaryFor this Provider Compensation Analyst role, ideal candidates should have foundational broadband compensation experience and strong systems aptitude, as Workday serves as the primary AIS, and Excel is the main reporting tool. The role requires advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with large data sets and perform detailed variance analysis. Candidates must be comfortable conducting in-depth research, reviewing payroll data, reconciling quarterly production, and pulling CFTE adjustments, as well as learning and applying complex provider compensation plans. Attention to detail and analytical precision are critical for success. This role does not sit in HR Finance. This role is within Accounting and Finance.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of Medical Group finance experience is required, ideally in a position responsible for provider compensation.
  • Hospital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Works on the implementation of a comprehensive physician and advanced practice provider compensation plan.
  • Manages the ongoing physician compensation contract changes and incentive compensation calculations for all VMG providers in collaboration with the Clinical Chairs.
  • Perform quarterly production incentives for responsible service lines. Works with the legal department to update existing physician contracts.
  • Assists the manager in the development of term sheets for potential new hires in conjunction with the VMG Executive Leadership. Provides compensation and productivity dashboards for each provider.
  • Demonstrates positive behaviors toward patients, families, physicians, and all co-workers. Responds to customers of all age groups in a friendly, prompt, and caring manner while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Promotes mutual respect and professionalism. Partners with team members to meet the needs of the customer.
  • Participates in the client’s performance improvement process to continuously improve the quality of patient care and service delivery.
