About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Provider Compensation & Contracting Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of provider compensation calculations & reports, including employment agreement offers. This person also assists in administration of provider compensation databases, monitors & tracks internal activity related to physician employment agreements, and maintains a working knowledge of current provider activities & compensation practices. Position will rely on exceptionally strong analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Provider Compensation & Contracting Analyst must practice a high degree of ethics and adhere to the OSF philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
  • Skilled in developing, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets and complex data.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate legal documents such employment agreements.
  • Skill in planning, organizing and supervising multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and organize activities.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially using Excel to conduct analysis and prepare data/reports.
  • Ability to organize work independently and consistently achieve deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with physician compensation contracts preferred.
