As a Finance Consultant, Responsible for the administration of the Hospitalist and Intensivist Compensation Plan Summaries. Responsible for physician compensation and shift reporting (biweekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annually). Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including: Legal, Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Operations, Corporate Compliance, and other partners, as needed. Setup provider demographics, plan summaries and compensation in the new Simpliphy provider compensation software. Maintain the current manual provider compensation and shift reports to reconcile against Simpliphy balances. Acts as a resource for physicians and medical group management regarding provider productivity, physician compensation and other physician related needs pertaining to the Hospitalist and Intensivist specialties. Works on complex problems in which analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects and use of sophisticated software programs. This position provides analytical support for the financial positioning and future growth of assigned area/region. This position leads in the development, analysis, and preparation of financial plans, reporting and key performance indicators to achieve overall system and entity strategic goals and objectives.
