ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluates drawing specifications, to determine the work to be performed. Program, setup, and operate all machine tools within MTO department. Proficient in utilizing machine controls to manipulate machine functions to produce quality products. Verifies conformance of finished instrument/device to customer specifications Demonstrate a strong understanding of machine tooling. Calculates and sets machining factors such as RPM, feed rate, coolant flow, and depth of cut. Records inspected dimensions, completes all documentation of work performed and accurately records time through Visual Labor tickets Inspect parts and document results of inspections on in process inspection plans Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Perform required periodic maintenance on CNC equipment. Adhere to company safety requirements. Assure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.
