We’re growing—and we’re offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified new hires! Position Summary We are seeking skilled, motivated CNC Machinists to join our production team. Whether you've completed a 1- or 2-year technical program or gained expertise through years of applicable experience, we want to hear from you. You'll work with modern CNC equipment, collaborate with an experienced team, and produce precision components that make a global impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 or 2-year Technical College Diploma OR equivalent years of applicable machining experience.
  • Experience operating modern CNC equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Positive, enthusiastic work attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC mills, lathes, and machining centers.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and machining instructions.
  • Perform tooling changes, offsets, and program edits.
  • Inspect components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and precision tools.
  • Monitor machine performance and maintain production efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot machining challenges and collaborate with engineering and supervisors.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and report issues promptly.
  • Thrive in a team environment focused on quality and continuous improvement.
