About The Position

Production Planning Coordinator Overview Position reports to the Plant Manager. The individual filling this position is responsible for accurate record keeping and computer information entry associated with Production Orders, reconciliation, and scheduling. Utilizing SAP, shop floor, emails, tracks all outbound sales and disposal logs. Create daily production orders and distributes to supervisors and load out personal. Schedules inbound appointments of trucks for raw receiving and tracking raw receiving logs. Create purchase orders, receives invoices, & work with vendors to make sure they are paid in a timely manner. Yield tracking, inventory controls, sales volume scheduling. Reviews daily Standard Operating Procedures and forwards relevant information to the appropriate manager or supervisor and load out team members. Distributes Load sheets and pick up times via incoming mail. Tracking all outbound sales and disposal logs. Responsibility for Confidential Information: Must be able to follow policies e g; company code of business ethics and conduct, Internet email usage policies and password protection policies along with all accompanying polices regarding company assets and information.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior computer skills a must
  • Must have experience with SAP, Shop Floor, Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Must possess the ability to communicate and/or read and understand documents such as production orders, PICK sheets, SOPS, safety rules, work rules, HACCP regulations, policy and/or procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide as needed.
  • List all employment for the past five (5) years, including Full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, and seasonal roles, even if included on your resume.
  • Completed start and end dates (month/day/year) are required.
