Farmers Insurance - Mile High District is seeking motivated individuals for our Protege, Retail, or Acquisition programs. These are exciting opportunities designed to develop your career in insurance sales and agency ownership. Requirements
- Motivated self-starter with strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (training and study materials provided).
- Commitment to providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to pass company background and compliance checks.
Nice To Haves
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive training covering insurance products, sales techniques, and agency management.
- Develop relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with District leadership to build your book of business and achieve sales goals.
- Engage in ongoing coaching and development to refine your sales and leadership skills.
- Contribute to the growth and success of your assigned agency or territory.
