More information is available at www.crisis24.garda.com Overview Crisis24-PSG is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support and oversee day-to-day operations of a high-performing Executive Protection team in a dynamic commercial environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in protective services, team coordination, and client-facing operations. As the on-site operational lead, you will ensure the effective execution of protective services, team readiness, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing or coordinating protective operations or security teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and support teams while maintaining high standards and accountability.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a security or protective services environment.
  • Familiarity with commercial property security operations.
  • Valid California BSIS Guard Card, U.S. Passport, and Driver’s License required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and discretion.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, multifaceted environments.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Commitment to professionalism and continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certification, LEOSA permit, or CCW preferred.
  • Prior experience in law enforcement, military, ERT, or executive protection is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of 10–15 Executive Protection Agents, ensuring daily operational efficiency and adherence to protocols.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for the client, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures to support team performance and service delivery.
  • Manage scheduling, personnel assignments, and resource deployment to meet client needs.
  • Monitor security systems across assigned properties, including surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
  • Ensure team compliance with licensing, regulatory, and internal standards.
  • Build strong working relationships with client contacts, property management, and internal teams.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with staff and stakeholders to align on security priorities.
  • Collaborate with intelligence, investigations, and law enforcement partners to support threat mitigation efforts.
  • Support incident response efforts, ensuring timely reporting and resolution.
  • Identify and report suspicious activity, vulnerabilities, and potential threats.
  • Provide operational input to enhance the client’s security posture.
  • Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
