PROPX CREW LEADER I
About The Position
Under the supervision of the PropX Field Operations Supervisor, this is a high-impact, new and diverse role for PropX. The Crew Leader’s primary focus is both on PropX equipment maintenance and sand inventory management as well as communication with dispatch, carriers & drivers. A Crew Leader’s primary responsibility is to ensure that jobs are being delivered on design and on plan. They will accomplish this by working with the Customer and the Operations staff in the field. They collect and manage data that will aid in controlling the accuracy of job delivery, such as materials tracking. Crew Leaders are also the primary information distributor to both the customer and PropX Management. This requires good communication skills and customer relations. This role comes with an increased level of responsibility at the wellsite to connect two key pieces of PropX business (On-site equipment operations and last mile sand logistics communication). This role will require the management and communication of contractors and experience operating PropX equipment.
Requirements
- Experience working on/with PropX equipment.
- Understanding of last mile sand logistics.
- 1-4 years working in hydraulic fracturing operations.
- Aptitude in Microsoft Excel.
- Mechanical troubleshooting proficiency.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in technical/supply chain field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensures trucking operations is running efficiently, appropriate truck counts and accurate truck information in Prop Connect.
- Equipment maintenance.
- Ensures data flow is uninterrupted and accurate.
- Making sure onsite personnel related to last mile operations are following all HSE guidelines for their location.
- Relays job updates and issues to PropX management in timely manner.
- Reports all incidents or accidents that happen onsite immediately.
- Proper sand inventory on locations to avoid uninterrupted operations (inventory management).
- Oversees PropX responsibilities on a shift level.
- Manages on-site crew for a shift (2-3 people).
- Basic belt troubleshooting.
- Interfaces with the customer on site.
- Communicates with dispatch & carriers.
- Interfaces with Drivers.
- Driving forklift when needed.
- Operates belts when needed.
