Role Overview: At BDA, our New Business Development (NBD) team is the driving force behind our company's growth. We specialize in developing persuasive, strategic proposals and presentations that demonstrate our organization's expertise, attract new business, and build lasting relationships with all our clients. If you have a talent for crafting compelling, customer-centered narratives that seamlessly bridge our capabilities with client needs and have a track record for securing multi-million-dollar clients/funders through proposal/grant writing, we'd love for you to experience the success of what we've been doing for 40 years. We're looking for a passionate Proposal Writer who thrives on translating business and operational strategies into client-focused, high-stakes narratives that capture attention and shows the benefits of choosing BDA. In this position, you will have a central role in creating dynamic proposals that speak directly to our clients' needs in a way that is personal, persuasive, and positioned for growth.
