Requirements

2+ years of experience preparing proposals, RFPs, and RFIs (preferred)
Experience in insurance, proposals, or highly regulated / detail‑driven environments strongly preferred
Experience in roles such as Proposal Analyst, RFP Specialist, or Proposal Coordinator
Proficiency with Salesforce, SharePoint, MS Excel, and Adobe
Strong ability to work with structured content libraries and standardized response tools
Exceptional attention to detail and strong critical‑thinking skills
Comfort working with complex language and technical information
The ability to juggle multiple deadlines without losing accuracy
A proactive mindset—you look for ways to improve efficiency and outcomes

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end‑to‑end RFP, RFI, and proposal response process
Partner closely with Sales to support active opportunities and ensure proposal success
Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Underwriting, and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and timely content
Respond to detailed questionnaires related to our business, insurance products, and services
Leverage our Salesforce‑based playbook and knowledge library to deliver consistent, high‑quality responses
Develop final proposal documents and presentations that are compliant, competitive, and compelling
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail across all deliverables
Work extensively in Excel to input, format, and manage questionnaire responses (typing, copying, and pasting)
