About The Position

Proposal Orals Presentation Architect, Senior Manager The Opportunity: Lead end-to-end solution storytelling and proposal orals architecture for large, complex federal opportunities. Partner closely with capture managers, proposal managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts to shape, stress-test, and translate multi-domain solutions into clear, compelling, executive-level narratives that resonate with government clients and evaluators. Own the development of integrated storyboards, frameworks, and visual concepts that align win strategy, client requirements, and proven methodologies. Facilitate solutioning workshops and working sessions, ask critical questions, identify gaps, and guide teams toward compliant, differentiated, and defensible approaches—operating hands-on without direct reports while influencing senior stakeholders across the organization. Apply analytical and critical thinking to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous proposal environments, synthesizing evolving inputs and enabling timely decision-making. Prepare teams for high-stakes client engagements and oral evaluations through focused simulations, coaching, and refinement cycles. Measure success through proposal outcomes, client feedback, and evaluation strengths, not just content production. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
