This position manages the full proposal lifecycle-from opportunity tracking through final submittal-while ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements, internal quality standards, and branding guidelines. The role supports marketing content development, document production, and data management, contributing to high-quality client deliverables. The successful candidate excels in a deadline-driven environment, balances multiple priorities, and delivers accurate, well-organized, and visually polished materials.
