Are you the person who reads a draft proposal and immediately sees what’s missing, the sharper angle, the stronger differentiator, the line that actually answers what the evaluator is asking? We’re looking for a Proposal Manager who doesn’t just run the process, but elevates the work. At FWI, our Proposal Manager sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll own the full proposal lifecycle, coordinating across business development, operations, and subject matter experts, but your defining contribution is making proposals better. That means rolling up your sleeves: sharpening narratives, pressure-testing compliance, and translating technical depth into clear, compelling value for government evaluators. This role is for someone who has the organizational instincts to keep a complex effort on track and the writer’s instinct to know when a section needs to be rebuilt from scratch. FWI has been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Top Workplace by the Washington Post, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
