About The Position

-Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs. -Create and maintain sales training materials and resources. -Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires. -Develop and manage sales enablement content such as presentations, case studies, and product guides. -Ensure the sales team has easy access to up-to-date and relevant resources. -Collaborate with marketing to produce high-quality sales collateral. -Analyze and optimize the sales process and workflows. -Implement and manage sales tools and technologies. -Identify and address bottlenecks in the sales process. -Track and analyze key sales performance metrics. -Provide regular reports and insights to sales leadership. -Use data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. -Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams. -Ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies. -Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across departments.
