About The Position

We are seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee and support the development of integrated, enterprise-wide sales proposals and initiatives. This role involves managing the preparation and drafting of Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and Requests for Proposals (RFP) for clients and prospects, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.

Requirements

• Strong proposal writing and pricing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or a similar role.
• Excellent written and editorial skills.
• Effective communication with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge in BESS, Energy, or a similar field is a plus.
• Capability to work non-traditional hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities involved in drafting and preparing RFI, RFQ, and RFP documents for clients and prospects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion by customer-designated bid dates.
• Collaborate with the business development team and application engineering team to produce proposals.
• Coordinate development and production of materials with technical staff for proposal and executive report presentations.
• Strategize and document proposals and pipelines in Salesforce.
