About The Position

Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Proposal Coordinator to work with our marketing team in San Diego, California (or potentially Irvine, California). The successful candidate will:

Work with team members in various locations to prepare marketing documents, qualifications proposals, SF330 documents, and presentation materials in response to RFP/Qs
Engage with team on a regular basis to ensure timely submittal of deliverables
Prepare and update technical resumes and project write-ups
Help maintain the template/content library and CRM program
Assist with various other marketing-related tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated experience performing similar services with A/E/C firms is a plus
