Reporting to the Proposal Manager and working closely with the Marketing and Relationship Management teams, the Proposal Coordinator supports White Construction’s Strategic Plan and Relationship Management Annual Goals & Objectives. This role focuses approximately 80% on proposal and interview development—coordinating pursuits, leading, developing, and preparing compelling proposals and presentations, and supporting project teams through interview preparation—and 20% on traditional marketing, event planning, and asset management alongside our Asset Manager. The Proposal Coordinator plays a key role in achieving business development goals and advancing company-wide pursuit efforts.
