As a Proposal and Capture Manager, you’ll play a critical role for the Global Capture team in support of Altana’s U.S. Government business. The Proposal and Capture Manager will leverage their experience (3+ years’ experience preferred) to lead RFx and market research projects to include writing, coordination, and management across all facets of the opportunity (solutions, acquisition strategy, pricing, etc.) with support from Altana’s business development teams and leadership. This role will also help mature the organization—making consistent and reusable contributions to our knowledge/content library, leveraging acquisition intelligence tools and research to identify opportunities, and wielding LLM-based tools to drive efficient and high quality capture content. This role is pivotal to scaling Altana’s growth; partnering with our sales teams to source and capture deals aligned to Altana’s current and future capabilities. This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative individual who thrives in an evolving and innovative environment. The Proposal and Capture Manager is able to balance RFx writing with overall project management and capture activities.
