Job Summary This role manages multiple requests for proposals (RFPs) of varying complexity to support the acquisition of new business and the retention of existing clients. You will lead the full RFP process in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, coordinating across sales, marketing, underwriting, legal, and other subject matter experts to produce accurate, compelling, and compliant proposal materials. Success in this role requires strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills as you gather information, resolve issues, and develop high‑quality customer‑facing deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent skills or experience
  • 2+ years of experience project management experience, or experience supporting RFPs and proposals
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interpret requirements and produce accurate, customer‑ready materials.
  • Experience working with insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with proposal development tools, content libraries, or RFP management systems.
  • Ability to work independently on routine to moderately complex projects with minimal oversight.
  • Occasional extended hours may be needed during peak RFP cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute multiple RFPs from intake through final submission.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to gather information and ensure accuracy of proposal content.
  • Develop clear, competitive, and compliant proposal materials aligned with solicitation requirements.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder input in a deadline‑oriented environment.
  • Recommend process improvements and contribute to enhancing RFP response efficiency.
