WE CURRENTLY HAVE AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A PROPERTY SYSTEMS SUPPORT TECHNICIAN WITHIN OUR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TEAM. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL PROVIDE FRONTLINE ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLATFORMS AND THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS, SERVING AS A RELIABLE RESOURCE FOR SITE TEAMS AND INTERNAL STAFF. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A DETAIL-ORIENTED PROFESSIONAL WITH STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO PROBLEM-SOLVING, AND A GENUINE COMMITMENT TO SUPPORTING A FAST-MOVING OPERATIONS TEAM.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related technology field is a plus.
  • Proficiency with property management platforms or similar enterprise software systems; experience in a residential or affordable housing environment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to complete data entry and intake forms accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for end-user support.
  • Ability to manage multiple open tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
  • Experience working within a helpdesk or ticket-based support workflow is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage user accounts across property management platforms.
  • Maintain user groups and permission levels to ensure appropriate access across platforms.
  • Perform setup and onboarding configuration for new properties.
  • Connect with third-party service providers to resolve issues and maintain systems.
  • Respond to requests in a timely manner and maintain balance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for recurring system issues reported by site teams.
  • Provide guidance and training to site staff on system usage and best practices.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with end users throughout the support process.
