As the Property Services Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all facilities and building systems. In this role you will lead a team of Property Services Technicians directing maintenance planning, coordinating project execution, and managing daily operations. The Foreman ensures high quality service delivery, proactively maintains facility performance, safety, accountability and continuous improvement. Minimum qualifications High School Diploma/GED Defined Education: None Preferences: Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) Substitutions: None Years’ Experience: Five (5) years Defined Experience: Experience with building systems & repair, maintenance planning, and vendor management.
