About The Position

Related is seeking a Property Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of our beautiful market-rate housing community - Brookview, totaling 194 units, in Odess, TX. Responsibilities include: Supervise all marketing, leasing and administrative functions Direct oversight of accounts payables/receivables Hire, train and evaluate all office and maintenance staff Tenant/landlord relations and conflict resolution Collect security deposits and rents, and institute proper procedures against delinquent accounts Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations Prepare weekly and monthly reporting Develop and maintain property financial budget Special projects as assigned Build Your Career With Related Management Company A subsidiary of Related Companies, Related Management Company (RMC) is a premier owner/operator of real estate, managing hundreds of properties across multiple states and Washington, D.C. Requirements

  • 3+ years of property management experience
  • Must understand operating statements and financial budgets
  • Comprehensive understanding of credits/debits/re-classes and accruals
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with RealPage OneSite and JD Edwards (or similar software program)
  • Previous direct supervisory experience is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
