About The Position
Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a well-maintained 300+ residential garden community. The Property Manager will lead a team to ensure high resident satisfaction, maintain occupancy rates, and optimize financial performance while adhering to company policies and industry best practices. Responsibilities include managing leasing activities, budgeting, marketing, vendor relationships, maintenance oversight, and resident relations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in multi-family property management.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in multi-family residential properties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in property management software such as RealPage, OneSite, and Knock
- Ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
