About The Position
Housing Visions is looking for great people to join our team! This Property Manager position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am at our Creekside office located at 416 W. Onondaga St. Syracuse. Pay range is $24-$26/hr. Responsibilities
- Marketing, leasing units and collecting rents
- Meeting the needs of the tenants
- Compliance with government regulations and Housing Visions policy and procedures
- Cash flow and property budgets
- Delinquencies and evictions
- Lease renewals and income verifications
- Audits and inspections
- Other duties
