About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Property Manager at Maple Park and Maple Second apartment community in Council Bluffs, IA . These are HUD/Conventional properties with 131 units. This position will pay up to $53,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The Property Manager will serve as the supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor business operations of the property.

Requirements

• Two years of management experience
• Three to four years of property management experience
