The Property Manager / Residential Support Staff is responsible for day-to-day oversight, safety, and coordination at Rose Hill Shared Housing, a shared room rental property operated by ROSE HILL SHARED HOUSING LLC. The role focuses on property operations, resident supervision, safety monitoring, medication oversight (non-administration), documentation, emergency response, and compliance with housing rules, health requirements, and agency policies.

  • Oversee daily operations of the shared housing property
  • Conduct routine room and common-area checks
  • Enforce house rules and maintain a safe, drug-free environment
  • Ensure resident medications are secured properly
  • Provide medication reminders as needed
  • Monitor residents to ensure medications are not misused, shared, or diverted
  • Report medication-related safety concerns or suspected misuse promptly
  • Serve as on-site point of contact for residents
  • Print and distribute schedules, notices, or reminders as needed
  • Review expectations, schedules, and house rules with residents
  • Encourage participation in scheduled appointments and obligations
  • Complete required documentation in iCanotes and Redline
  • Take phone messages, direct calls appropriately, and receive visitors as necessary
  • Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
  • Submit maintenance issues to White Glove Property Management
  • Coordinate access for vendors or contractors
  • Understand and abide by all facility and property policies
  • Cooperate with government officials, inspectors, or authorized representatives who visit or contact the site
  • Take appropriate action during emergencies
  • Follow emergency and evacuation procedures
  • Remain on site with residents during emergency relocation or critical events until properly relieved
  • Free from tuberculosis, measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella
  • Physician/MD statement
  • Criminal background check completed prior to assignment
  • Ability to comply with property policies, house rules, and local regulations

  • Infection control and hand hygiene
  • Basic food safety awareness

  • Awareness of service plans and resident assessments
  • Maintain required documentation in iCanotes, including: Move-in documentation, Move-out documentation, Changes in resident status or condition, Daily or periodic property/resident notes
  • Complete incident reports
  • Document safety concerns, rule violations, or unusual events
  • Ability to remain alert and responsive while on duty
  • Ability to walk the property and perform inspections
  • Ability to respond appropriately during emergencies
