Requirements

Have excellent oral and written communications skills.
Have the ability to interact and maintain positive relationships with others
Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

leasing and enforcing covenants and restrictions of multi-family and single family properties
rents receivable/record keeping
accounts payable for the property
physical maintenance
safety of the property and tenants
maintenance staff supervision
marketing
walking the property
performing monthly compliance tasks
meeting with tenants and prospective tenants
biannual inspections
collecting and recording rent
addressing tenant concerns
