About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated On-Site Property Manager to lead daily operations at a dynamic mixed-use community in the Lincoln Park area of Los Angeles. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and enjoys being deeply involved in both people and property. Requirements

• 3–5 years of property management experience
• Strong background in residential multi-family housing
• Comfortable using property management software (AppFolio is a plus)
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish skills
• Experience with commercial or mixed-use properties

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary on-site leader and point of contact for residents
• Manage resident relations and resolve issues with professionalism and care
• Oversee rent collections and follow up on unpaid balances
• Maintain strong occupancy levels with a goal of 95%+
• Execute new leases and renewals, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Develop pricing strategies and make market-driven recommendations
• Monitor competitors and adjust positioning to stay ahead
• Walk the property daily and oversee building and grounds operations
• Coordinate closely with maintenance to resolve issues efficiently
• Oversee residential, commercial, and food hall operations
• Prepare monthly leasing, rent, and incident reports
• Lead and collaborate with a small on-site team to maximize performance
