We are seeking a Property Manager for Optima McDowell Mountain, our newest luxury apartment community currently underway in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Property Manager will play a key role in overseeing the initial lease-up and daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, and driving the financial performance of the property. Working closely with our Asset and Community Leadership Team, you will be a central figure in the initial lease-up of this multi-phase development, carrying significant responsibilities and contributing to collective decision-making. Your expertise in property management will be crucial in providing the insights and leadership needed to guide our growth and success. In this role, you’ll navigate Optima McDowell Mountain’s operational lease-up, ensuring that all aspects of property management align with our objectives and plans. Your leadership will foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that operational processes are efficient and effective.
