About The Position

Join our team as a Property Manager at Avenida del Sol & Terraza del Sol locations! We’re seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Manager to lead operations across two LIHTC communities—Avenida del Sol (80 units) and Terraza del Sol (42 units). This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in affordable housing, understands compliance, and is passionate about building strong teams and communities. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations across both LIHTC communities, ensuring strong occupancy and financial performance Recruit, train, coach, and develop on-site team members to drive results and resident satisfaction Manage property budgets, track performance, and report on variances Oversee rent collection, accounts receivable, and eviction processes as needed Ensure full compliance with LIHTC regulations, including reporting and resident certifications Drive leasing and marketing efforts, including outreach and community engagement Maintain strong curb appeal and oversee maintenance operations, unit turns, and vendor relationships What You’ll Bring Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience Experience with LIHTC or affordable housing programs strongly preferred Prior team leadership or supervisory experience Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and expenses Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities across two communities Compensation & Benefits Salary range of $75,000–$85,000 based on experience Full-time schedule with occasional evenings and weekends as needed Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with 6% company match 18 days of PTO and 11.5 paid holidays Paid parental leave and lifestyle spending accounts Opportunity to lead impactful affordable housing communities and grow your career If you’re ready to take ownership of a dual-site portfolio and make a meaningful impact in affordable housing, we’d love to connect with you! Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience
  • Prior team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and expenses
