Property Manager for Rural Development /HUD / Tax Credit Properties
About The Position
Catholic Charities Affordable Housing works to develop and preserve affordable housing for low-income seniors, families and individuals with disabilities. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of properties governed by Rural Development (RD), HUD, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) programs. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while delivering exceptional service to residents and maintaining property performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years related experience, including at least 3 years working with MN Landlord/Tenant law or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to pass Kari Koskinen background check
- Valid drivers license
