About The Position

Woodmont is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage our beautiful apartment community located in Santa Cruz, CA. The Property Manager will be accountable for a broad range of duties including managing the day to day operations, maintaining high occupancy levels, supporting our marketing programs, establishing and maintaining financial goals and managing and supporting the property team. This is a full-time position and has an expected shift of Monday-Friday; 9am-6pm.

Requirements

  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Strong financial analysis and computer skills
  • Solid organization and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry
  • Strong Marketing and Sales skills with the ability to train staff in same
  • Superior customer service and resident relations experience
  • 2+ years prior Property Management experience in a multifamily setting.
  • Property Management software experience required. RealPage experience a plus.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, remain highly organized, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to prepare and make presentations to the ownership and the community.
  • Strong vendor management experience.
  • Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with vendors, tenants, staff, ownership and the community.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Luxury and/or Market Rate Multifamily housing is highly desired.
  • RealPage experience a plus.
