About The Position
Currently seeking an Off-Site Property Manager for a total of 2 properties totaling 64 units. We are in the beautiful City of Santa Monica, which is internationally known for its beaches and Santa Monica Pier. Walking distance to the beach, fine dining, and shopping areas. Compensation $23.00 per hour Property Management Associates (PMA) is a full-service Property Management Company located in Los Angeles, California. PMA has been in business for over 35 years. We specialize in managing commercial and multifamily properties. This, combined with our professional property management services, makes PMA one of the largest property management companies in Southern California. Requirements
- A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
- A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
Responsibilities
- Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors
- On-call status and one weekend day is required
- Perform daily comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
- Run rent roll reports, mitigate delinquencies, and post tenant communications.
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
