We are seeking a Property Manager for 80 unit property in North Hollywood. Free 1-bedroom apartment and work out of the leasing office on-site. Compensation Includes $23.00 per hour 1-bedroom apartment, one bathroom,
Requirements
- Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors.
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
- Must live on-site.
- One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed.
- Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
- A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list.
- Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep
- Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to live on-site.
