Property Manager Location: Casa del Rio, 12751 N Plaza Del Rio Blvd, Peoria, AZ, 85381 Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, wants you to join our family of talented individuals. Beztak is looking to hire a Property Manager to join our team at Casa Del Rio Apartments in Peoria. The Property Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the property, as well as the hiring and development of their team. Essential Functions Motivate and hold accountable a team of employees including leasing and maintenance staff. Ensure that all prospects, residents, and family members have positive interactions with team members. Maintain property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises. Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations. Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines. Contract with tenants by negotiating leases and collecting security deposits. Enforce occupancy policies and procedures. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Responsible for the hiring of team members, and providing continuous learning and development of their team. Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed. Work in a high-pressure environment, interact with difficult customers/vendors, handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills. Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Property Management.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
