About The Position
A Property Manager will be a 25/75 office and field position during business hours, Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM.
Requirements
- Ability to Relocate: Indianapolis IN: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- Inspecting units
- Staying on top of the status of Vacant units
- Minor maintenance i.e. lock change
- Other tasks as assigned
- Project managing unit maintenance and make ready
