Peak Management is currently looking for a "ROCKSTAR" Property Manager to join our team at our community, Beckwith Place Apartments. They will oversee 200+ units, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property's life cycle. Why come work for us? Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more.
Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing.
