About The Position

We are seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for a 40-unit property in Temple City. Pay only $700 a month on an apartment valued at $1875/month. Compensation Includes $21.00-$23.00 per hour Rent concession of $1,175 per month Work Schedule Part Time- 20 hours per week Work Schedule: Monday 8:30 – 1:30 Wednesday 8:30-1:30 Thursday 8:30-1:30 Saturday 11-4.

Requirements

• Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors.
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Must live on-site.
• One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed.
• Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
• A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list.
• Unit inspections/Property inspections and upkeep
• Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to live on-site.
